  1. How can therapy help me?

Therapy is a process in which we will build a good therapeutic relationship and I will assist you in working through different life obstacles.  Therapy is not only to assist individuals, couples and families encountering mental instability due to illness but everyday people overcoming transitional phases. Therapy will help you work through these transitions with a clear mind and reasoning.

2. How do you measure success?

Success in therapy can be measured by a collaborative effort between the therapist and client. We will evaluate your ability to process life transitions and apply skills acquired in therapy. There are no guarantees, as you will gain as much as you put into the therapeutic process.
